John Derr has spent the last 13 1/2 years working in large, medium, and small markets as a television anchor, reporter and producer. He also spent over five years as a sports director at a network affiliate. During this time, John made many great contacts and helped a lot of people get jobs in the business. John knows how to put together a top notch resume tape and how to sell that tape! He knows where to find jobs and has the contacts to find our about openings before they're posted. SUZANNAH NOLT
Suzannah Nolt comes from a background of broadcast journalism, public relations, and professional figure skating...a mixed bag that has netted her a broad range of skills and experience. As a broadcast journalist for seven years, Suzannah learned the ins and outs of the business as reporter, anchor, producer, host, and photog. Her work in public relations for a large insurance agency helped prepare her for the job of promoting and marketing LornaDave clients. Suzannah also draws from her ample background in competitive and professional figure skating. Her thirty plus years in skating helped develop her skills in promotion, marketing, contract negotiations, public relations, and print journalism. Suzannah's role at LornaDave includes revising resumes, writing cover letters, viewing tapes of potential clients, critiquing clients' work, and writing Web material.
